We encourage you to be conscious of the environment as there is no rubbish collection service operating here. We have left rubbish bags inside for you to place your rubbish in, but request you to please take your rubbish when you leave. There are a few disposal points in the area, there is a transfer station on Oak Avenue, Apollo Bay and if you only have small bags you can place it in public bins along the Great Ocean Road or in Forrest etc, so you won't have to carry it too far. There will be a fee to remove your rubbish in case it is left behind, which will be a minimum charge of $100 which covers cleaners time and tip fees. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the property including the private balconies/yards.
