Step into a picture-perfect pink oasis! Our newly renovated backyard is a whimsical escape featuring a luxurious hot tub, cozy fire pit, and a fully-equipped BBQ cabana perfect for outdoor dining. Challenge your friends to a game of mega chess on our custom 10’x10’ pink and white board, or unwind under the sun on stylish lounge chairs shaded by chic pink-and-white striped umbrellas. Don’t forget to snap a few photos in our pink egg chair swings or in front of our vibrant “Pink Dreams” mural! Guest access Pink Dreams Cottage offers easy and convenient access through the use of electronic locks. Each guest will have their own unique code, allowing for seamless and private entry. Instructions are sent to the guest prior to arrival. Street parking is available at no charge. Other things to note If you are inquiring to book Pink Dreams Cottage as a photo studio (for more than 6 people) or as an event space, please send a message for the rate and booking instructions. RULES and FAQ’s: Please take a moment to review our house rules before booking. We ask that all guests adhere to these guidelines to ensure a pleasant and safe stay for everyone. Violations of house rules will result in immediate removal without refund. Additionally, a minimum fee of $100 will apply. We reserve the right to revoke access to the property at any time. By booking our property, you agree to all house owners rules. BACKYARD RULES & INSTRUCTIONS: •Absolutely no smoking on our property, including the backyard •No glass (including bottles) in the backyard 💗 HOT TUB 💗 Rules: •No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk •All children under 18 years old must be supervised by an adult •Do not allow children to push buttons. You will be responsible if damage is caused •No eating in the hot tub Instructions: To open and close the hot tub cover there is an assisted device attached to the hot tub on the side by the fence. Stand on the opposite side of the hot tub and fold the cover back. Slide it into the device and then push it down. The cover should NEVER be on the ground. Please make sure to put the cover on the hot tub anytime it is not in use. If the cover if left off for more than 2 hours while not being used then there will be a minimum charge of $100. 💗 FIRE PIT 💗 Rules: •Do not leave the fire pit unsupervised while lit •Turn off propane when finished •Allow to cool down and put the cover back on •No burning trash Instructions: To light the fire pit, open up the door and twist on the propane knob. Once the propane is on, follow the instructions by the igniter button. Once you are done with the fire pit, DON’T FORGET to tune off the propane. Once cooled, put the cover back on. 💗 GRILL 💗 Rules: •Do not leave the grill unsupervised while lit •Turn off propane when finished •CLEAN THE GRILL. If left covered in grease then you will be charged an additional $100 cleaning fee •Allow to cool down and put the cover back on Instructions: To light the grill, turn on the propane tank and then push the ignite button. Once you are finished, turn off the propane and clean the grill, both inside and outside, if there is grease. Once cooled, put back the cover back on. CHECK IN & CHECK OUT: Check-in and check-out are self-service, with custom door codes provided prior to arrival. Check in begins at 3pm. We try our best to accommodate an early check in. However, we use the time between guests to thoroughly clean and ensure the space is perfect for you! Please message us in advance to inquire about arranging an early check-in if needed. Fees will apply. Check out is at 10am. Our home is in high demand and we often have the next guest checking in on your day of departure. Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for our next guest. Please note that late checkouts after 10:00am will incur an additional night’s charge beginning at 10:01am. Late check-out may be pre-arranged, fees will apply. DAMAGE & THEFT: Please treat our home with respect. So much time, effort, and love has went into every single detail to make this experience perfect for you! Guests are responsible for any damage to the house and property. Should you damage or remove any items from the house, such as artwork, cooking equipment, decor, or furniture, etc., you will be charged for the repair or replacement cost, along with a $100 administrative fee. We ask that only toilet paper be flushed down the toilets, as plumbing repairs due to misuse will be charged to you. In some cases of damage or removal of items, legal action may be pursued. OCCUPANCY: Pink Dreams Cottage sleeps 6 guests. All guests of age 18 or older must submit a valid photo ID before check-in for security and verification purposes. If you have additional unapproved guests, your reservation is at risk of being canceled with no refund. The amount of guests you enter at the time of booking is the number of guests permitted during your stay. No unapproved guests are permitted to enter the home. If the number of guests changes, please let us know in advance! If you are inquiring for more than 6 guests, please send us a message. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 7:00am per Portsmouth, Ohio’s noise ordinance. If the police are called, guests will be responsible for the fine, up to $1,000. SMOKING & VAPING: This is a smoke-free property, and any violations will be prosecuted to the fullest extent. Smoking or vaping will lead to an additional cleaning fee of $250. LIABILITY: Guests booking a stay at Pink Dreams Cottage agree to waive any claims or lawsuits against the property owners, staff, or affiliated entities to the extent allowed by law. Pink Dreams Cottage is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged valuables, but we will assist in recovering any lost items if possible. Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. Pink Dreams Cottage is not responsible under any circumstances to replace or return any unused portion of accommodation and other related services. Pink Dreams Cottage is not responsible for any damage, loss, injury and death suffered by guests staying both inside and outside of Pink Dreams Cottage. Guests agree to use backyard amenities at their own risk including the hot tub, fire pit, and grill. There is no lifeguard on duty. PETS: As much as we love your furry friends, absolutely NO pets are allowed in the house or on the property of Pink Dreams Cottage. DECORATIONS: Absolutely NO tape on the walls, cabinets, or furniture. This removes the paint and you will be charged for repair. NO confetti or glitter inside or outside. If used, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest. ADDITIONAL RULES: No lit candles No slime No glitter No firearms No fireworks No weapons No underage drinking No illegal drug use
