It is isolated on one side of the house. Your PRIVATE spaces = the whole studio = 30 m2 private STUDIO: BEDROOM - large bed 160 cm / WORK AREA / aperitif & Nespresso / WC & "Italian-style" SHOWER. Linen and cleaning included Entry is through the living room, on the ground floor. Our other (private) rooms, the kitchen and the 2nd living room (TV room) are completely isolated. You have access to the 2 terraces and the garden (shared space). Willing to arrive or leave very late/very early😊? We are used to adapting. You are autonomous with the lockbox. For our part, we prefer a face-to-face welcome, where we will gladly share ideas for culinary, cultural or sporting outings. Who knows, if you feel like it, maybe we'll have an aperitif together😉!
