Guest access 1) Please don't move the furniture around. 2) We will charge a security deposit of RM300 for accommodation, when checking out, we will check everything, if everything is in order, the security deposit will be refunded on the same day 3) When booking, please be sure to enter the correct number of guests staying. Any undeclared guests will be charged RM20 per person per night. Other things to be aware of 1) Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 12pm (early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability) 2) No food in the bedroom. 3) Strictly no smoking inside the unit 4) Pets are not allowed in the house. 5) As a friendly neighborhood, please keep the noise down after 11am 6) Please turn off the air conditioner or any electronic devices when not in use 7) Please take good care of the furniture, please notify immediately if any items are lost or damaged. 8) Do not park your vehicle in front of a neighbor's house. 9) Late check-out, RM50 per hour *** 10) No fried fish, shrimp, or strong smelling food We shall not liable to any damage, loss, personal injury or death caused by our guest’s negligence during the stay.
