Comfort Room - Private Peaceful & Budget-Friendly

The house is located on a peaceful place surrounded by Bremer River like an oasis. Everything you need such as restaurants, cafes, shopping centers, parks, water parks, libraries, gyms and train stations is just 10mins away. We are very close to Ipswich CBD - Queensland’s Heritage city - where you can explore a variety of historical attractions such as Ipswich Art Gallery, Ipswich Museum, Queens Park, Ipswich Theatre, The Old Government House, Railway Museum and plenty of churches. The space This is a shared property as I also live on the premises, and at times there may be guests from another room if the house is fully booked. I’m usually out for work or gardening, so you’ll often have plenty of private time in the house. On days when there are no other guests, you’ll enjoy the entire home comfortably to yourself. It may not suit you if you don’t have a car as it’s quite far from the bus stop, train station and shop if you are travelling on foot. Please park your car totally on the road, which is plenty and free, NO parking on the driveway or grass or half way in grass and half way on road. It will be similar if you choose to park in front of my neighbours’ side. Guest access The provide Internet access is limited and for basic use only not for streaming high-resolution videos constantly or gaming. When it reaches the limit, the Internet will be not accessible any more until the next month and the router will be automatically turned off the Wifi. Therefore, if you need download heavy materials for movies and gaming, please go to the local library is just 10mins away. Thank you. Other things to note The house has 2 rooms for hosting. The big one with 2 beds one Queen bed and one King Single bed. The smaller one has only one Queen bed. The house has 2 rooms for hosting. If you need to book 2 rooms for a group of 5 guests, please make 2 different bookings as each room has been listing separately.
