Pierrefitte Nestalas is located at the crossroads of the Grand Tourmalet, Luz Ardiden, Gavarnie, Hautacam, Cauterets and Val d'Azun ski resorts. My room with independent entrance, private bathroom and separate toilet, has been completely renovated... the LIO bus station is 500 m away, my house is located in a quiet area. A parking space is available next to the house. My garage will allow you to store your skis, snowboard or bike in the summer. Closed course for motorcycle... possibility of vehicle charging. The space Small reminder, this bedroom-suite, with spacious bathroom and separate toilet, remains a bedroom in a residential house... I will remain as discreet as possible... Reminder about the environment and water management... my bathroom and its walk-in shower, is not a Spa😁. A shower consumes 10 l/min... so a 200 l heater is quickly emptied without respecting these rules...
