Over three floors, on the first floor there is a king-size bedroom with a basin and a double bedroom, two second floor double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, bathroom, shower room, kitchen with dining area, utility room, sitting room with a woodburner, parlour room, media/play room with TV with consoles, DVDs plus sofas and chairs. Cot, highchair stairgate and hairdryer available. There is also an external games room with table football and table tennis. Off road parking for 10 cars, covered area for bike storage and a side patio and rear lawn with furniture and a BBQ. Note: Fenced off shallow brook near garden, children to be supervised.
