Cozy Room in Mohali Chandigarh (near Airport)

Our private one bedroom, is a cozy room on the first floor (by stairs) of a three story bunglow in Chandigarh (Mohali). It is beautifully designed for your comfort. It has a separate entry, attached private bathroom, self checkin, and access to the lovely swing and garden on the ground floor. We are about 20 mins from the airport and 10-15 mins from all IT areas and industrial sectors of Chandigarh. It’s a row house (bunglow) and there is ample parking on the street within 100-200 m distance The space The room is on the first floor with a private entry. It has the following amenities: Bedroom: ✔️ King Bed ✔️ Wardrobes (Storage) ✔️ Bed Linen (Pillows, Cushions, Quilt) ✔️ Air Conditioning ✔️ Two Seater Sofa ✔️ Side Tables ✔️ Full Length Mirror Bathroom: ✔️ Shower Area ✔️ Water Heater ✔️ Shower Gel, Shampoo, Conditioner Note: We DO NOT provide towels at this AirBnb. However, if they are needed, they can be requested in advance (atleast a day from checkin) and can be provided at an additional charge of Rs. 250/- per person. Access to Garden Area, Swing etc. Other things to note Before you reach the house please make sure you make note of the following: 🚭 Smoking is strictly not allowed inside, and the use of drugs is strictly forbidden. ⛔️ No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. There would be an extra charge if any extra guest is staying, over and above what the booking permits them to. If an unregistered guest is found staying, 50% of the per night fee will be levied as a fine for the same. 🪪 As per government norms we request guests to submit an ID proof photo (front and back) after booking confirmation or a day before checkin. The booking stands cancelled (without any refund) if IDs are not submitted at-least a day before checkin. 🚷 No parties allowed. No events or gatherings are allowed at the property. Please note our home entrace is equipped with CCTV cameras, any unregistered guests presence, any unauthorised events, or loud music being played will result in an automatic and immediate cancellation of the booking without refund. 🚫 Property cannot be used for any commercial purposes like photography, videoshoots, reels etc by content creators. 🤫 Quiet time after 10 p.m. It’s a respectable society area, complex and neighbourhood, and most residents live here full-time. Please respect the community and do not make loud noise between 10 pm and 7 am.
