This unit has 1 queen bed and 1 full sized set of bunkbeds which can sleep 2 adults comfortably or 2 to 4 kids. There is also a small work area if you need to work from home. Smart tv's in the living and large bedroom. Conveniently located 5 miles north of Paris Texas on Highway 271 North. The space Large master bedroom has one queen bed with a fold-down desk area if needed. Smaller second bedroom has a set of full sized bunkbeds. Living room, dining and kitchen area are open concept. Full bathroom with ample shower Guest access There is plenty of room to go for a walk by the pond or see cattle and horses in the pasture. This is a working ranch and we ask that no one gets on any equipment or goes inside of any barns. Other things to note *Large vehicle parking can easily be accommodated *Room for horses to stay if needed
