Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.this area i want to rent it is my basement house i live upper the basement.basement has queen bed ,heather, Tv,coffee maker,microwave,refrigerator,egg-boiler and…easy access to it at anytime very welcome to any body.access door is the garage door.shoes not allowed in house.make it clean for next guest.unfortunately we are not pet friendly in any condition as service dog or any thing like that. The space 1 room 1 living room Guest access Guests can use just basement area. Other things to note This place is smoke free, but if you smoke in this place you will be charge 500$.any extra guests that i mentioned you will be charged 50$ per nights. No pet, if we see we will cancel the reservation and charge you for entire stay.
