A mountain cottage with a hot tub

Leśna Sielanka is a charming cottage located in the heart of the Island Beskids, at the foot of Szczebel Mountain. Two-story cottages for 2 to 11 people. There is a playground, tennis court, sports fields, a place for a bonfire and a barbecue (open seasonally). The cottages have a lot of privacy thanks to their location at considerable distances from each other. Each has a hot tub, a covered and illuminated terrace. The resort is a great base for hiking or to Zakopane or Rabka-Zdrój. Relax. The space 2 bedroom cottage with private jacuzzi, air conditioning, area 75m2. In the cottage: 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom (bathtub or shower), balcony, terrace. In the price of the stay, you have full equipment of the cottage: fridge with freezer, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine ( several capsules to start), cordless kettle, tea, salt, sugar, coffee, kitchen towel, microwave, pots, plates, cutlery, glass, glasses, cheese board, bowls, two pans - small and large, and many other small kitchen tools. The bathroom has soap, hair dryer, toilet paper. Our linens and towels are always fresh and scented right from the laundry room. The windows have curtains to protect from the sun. You'll find a TV in the cottage. There is a private hot tub on the lit and covered patio behind the cottage - only for your exclusive use. The hot tub is unattended - for electricity - does not require self-contained and prolonged wood burning in it to obtain and maintain hot water. We offer free parking for two cars behind a remote lockable gate. It is possible to order delicious breakfasts or cheap homemade dinners to the cottage as well as catering. The property is located in the forest, a plot of 2 hectares. In the price of your stay, we provide you with: playground, parking, soccer field, beach volleyball, tennis, basketball, badminton, outdoor ping table - pong (palette, balls on your own). As well as a private grill with accessories ( briquettes, firelighters on your own). A hot tub when purchased ONLY through the portal is payable on the day of departure from the facility 100 zł for a stay of one night or 200 zł for a stay of more than one night - a one-time fee for the entire stay - the cost of heating the water and preparation of the hot tub - the hot tub is private, electric with air conditioning, covered only for your exclusive use at the cottage. Other things to note ORGANISATION of bachelorette parties and any kind of parties is only possible in the form of quiet gatherings, after informing us before booking and after accepting the rules of the property. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation on the day of check-in or during the stay if the party is found to be without prior notification and our consent, and without agreeing to the terms and conditions. In this case, the stay is terminated, with no refund for the unused period of stay. We don't accept bookings for bachelor parties. In the case of reservations for a larger number of people, the facility reserves the right to collect a refundable deposit of between PLN 500 and PLN 1,000 as security for compliance with the regulations and for any damage.
