Garden Holiday Cottage Description – Sleeps 4This ideally located holiday cottage in Tipperary is a wonderful base for exploring the ancient sites and castles in Ireland's Ancient East. Garden Holiday Cottage has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 4 guests comfortably: Property layout – Ground floor: - Cottage style kitchen - Cosy open dining and sitting room with open fire and Freeview Tv - Bedroom 1: double sleeping 2 - Bedroom 2: single sleeping 1 - Bedroom 3: single sleeping 1 - Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet This semi-detached holiday cottage is surrounded by a very large garden on three sides with lovely mountain views. Oil central heating. Wifi is available. Towels are provided. Private parking is available for two cars outside this holiday cottage. Clogheen has an excellent bus service linking the village to Clonmel, Mitchelstown and Fermoy in County Cork. Plus, there are also a number of buses that run direct to and from Dublin city centre. Pet Friendly Holiday Home Garden Holiday Cottage accepts pets on request. There is a maximum of 2 small dogs per booking. Please reserve at the time of booking via our call centre, as your dog(s) will not be accepted without prior confirmation. Heating and Electricity: This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking. 2. Security Deposit: A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival by cash. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
