This renovated farmhouse consists of a wooden terrace with garden furniture, parasol, gas barbecue, enclosed and secure private garden, a private jacuzzi (24/24h). On the ground floor, a living room of 25 m2, with a fitted and equipped kitchen, a seating area with a sofa bed, sleeping for 2 people, a bathroom with toilet, a hydromassage shower and a laundry area with washing machine/dryer. Upstairs a desk area, a sleeping area with a bed for 2 people. The space Treat yourself to a Breton break and cocooning at Ti Maën The accommodation is equipped with all the kitchen necessities, small appliances (DOLCE GUSTO coffee maker), and others that are at your disposal. Equipped with 2 smart TVs, enjoy your favorite apps thanks to fiber optics. To start your vacation well, the beds will be made upon your arrival. Bath linens provided include: - 1 towel pack (large, medium, glove) per person - 1 bathrobe per adult, to use the hot tub Kitchen linens provided include: 1 clean sponge, 1 or 2 dish towels depending on the length of stay and your needs Coffee, tea, with a treat will be offered to you on the day. Guest access You have free parking in front of the house, provided for 2 cars. A lockbox with a keypad is located to the left of the gate, under the mailbox Check-in time: 4:30 PM Check out time: 11:00 a.m. at the latest If you would like to check in early or delay your checkout time, please email me, indicating your request after booking, to see if this will be possible. Other things to note I provide a free, and on request, a travel cot for a child under 3 years old, and a booster seat. In order to guarantee the proper use of the jacuzzi and comply with the hygiene rules in force, guests agree to read the rules before use (a shower is MANDATORY before using the hot tub). In case of breaches of the rules or non-compliance with hygiene rules, a full cleaning may be charged.
