The ORT Castle

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. The CHÂTEAU de L'ORT, a village house built in 1869, renovated in 1994, refreshed in 2024, is partly what was once the small shopping center of Les Albres. Today our small castle (which is not one, as you will have understood) is enhanced by a small MODERN "shopping center" (village grocery store, bar-restaurant, bread depot, ATM...) run by exceptional people. The space Can accommodate up to 10 people. Living room: - kitchenette with dishwasher, built-in oven, induction cooktop, microwave - dining area with table for 6 people, and extendable console to accommodate up to 10 people - lounge area with TV, 3-seater sofa, 2 convertible armchairs with ottoman - Toilet on the ground floor, 1st floor: - shower room with a 2nd toilet and washing machine, - 1 bedroom with 2 beds 70 x 190, - 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 x 190 2nd floor: - 1 bedroom with 140 x 190 bed, - 1 bedroom with 140 x 190 bed + 2-seater sofa bed Washing machine and dishwasher are available with washing tablets. Remote-controlled portable fans are available in all rooms. Sheets, towels and linen are provided and are included in your package. The beds will be made for your arrival. Some basic products are also provided, such as coffee pods, ground coffee, sugar pods, tea and herbal tea bags, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper. Cleaning products, dishwashing products, toilet paper, paper towels, are also available and included in the package. Guest access All parts of the accommodation can be accessed by guests except the cellar. Other things to note At the CHÂTEAU de l'ORT, you will be in a quiet area. You can go for a stroll in the countryside, have a barbecue, explore the Aveyron, Cantal and Lot or just relax! The ideal place close to the major tourist sites of AVEYRON and the LOT VALLEY, where you can taste a rich and varied range of regional dishes.
