Beachside town centre house

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this recently renovated house in the coastal village of Enniscrone with an unbeatable central location. The beach is metres from the house, as is the playground, amusements, Surf’s Up Cafe, Off Shore and Pitch n Putt. The Ocean Sands and Diamond Coast hotels plus Enniscrone Golf Club are within walking distance. Shops, pharmacy, church, seaweed baths, the Pier, takeaways, local pubs- B.Hopkins, Pilot Bar,Gilroys - are also a stroll away! The space Our house has four upstairs bedrooms, a dressing room and family bathroom. The main bedroom has a king size bed and both the beach and pier can be seen if you wish to check the tide. Bedroom two has a small double bed and single bed. Bedroom three has two single beds, and the fourth bedroom is a double bed. There is an additional WC under the stairs and a further shower / WC off the utility room downstairs. The outdoor shower also runs hot water to defrost and de-sand you after a dip in the sea. Downstairs A fully equipped kitchen and dining table with seating for six guests. Sofa seating for six around the stove and television. A utility room and shower / WC are off the main living area. There is an additional tv snug off the main living area. The property may be accessed to the front and rear. The outdoor space is a lovely bright little sun trap when the sun decides to shine. We have some beach essentials also at the property. PLEASE NOTE: as this is a town centre property parking for two cars maximum. There is a free car park across the road by the beach. Other things to note Please note that whilst we can technically sleep more than seven guests to maintain maximum comfort levels no more than seven may be added to a booking. We have table seating for seven and sofa seating in the main living area for six only. We also cater for one infant only with a single high chair and cot available upon request. Requests for additional guests will be declined.
