In a quiet setting, yet only 1 Km from the beach and 2,5 Km from Menfi town centre. The house extends for 75 square meters on a single level, and welcomes guests through the north porch. It is composed of a living room and an adjoining kitchen, a master bedroom, a room with a bunk bed, and a bathroom. It also has a panoramic south porch that gives guests the opportunity to have dinner admiring an amazing sunset on the sea. It is equipped with : TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine and barbecue. The interior of the house is decorated with rustic materials, typical of Sicily and furnished with some design pieces of craftwork made according to the creative recycling philosophy. All the surrounding area is noted for his farmland particularly in the wine sector with the presence of numerous wineries such as : Settesoli-Mandrarossa, Planeta etc. The cost stretches for about 8 Km with different kinds of beaches and landscapes, from the white pebbles beach of “Giache Bianche” to the rocks of “Solette di Porto Palo” and the sandy beach with its clear sea,( blue flag since 1992). Guest access The guests have access to the 3000 square meters of farmland equipped with private parking facilities. Other things to note Water, electricity, gas, wi-fi, linens and towels are included. Extra cost just for the final cleaning (£36,55) and any more linens and towel.
