It is conveniently located halfway between Nashville and Memphis (both are about 1 hr. 45 mins away.) It is a nice place to stay for a family while making memories or just for a get away. The space This apartment has two bedrooms. the first has a queen size bed. The second room has a bunk bed. brand new furnishings and mattress in the master bedroom. The living room has a double reclining loveseat and a comfortable sitting chair. Our kitchen is stocked with pots and pans and cooking necessities and utensils. In our apartment there is a washer and dryer with laundry pods and fabric sheets available for use. Our bathroom is stocked with towels, wash rags, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There are dumpsters on the side of the building for all guests to use. Guest access access to the entire apartment Other things to note Please remember this is a strict non-smoking unit. Smoking of any kind is prohibited, and cannabis is illegal in Tennessee. If smoking occurs in the unit you will be charged additional fees. Please do not rearrange the furniture. Please remove all food when checking out. When checking out please sign out of any apps that you may have signed into on the tv during your stay. Please leave used beds unmade. Please remove all trash from the unit. The dumpsters are located on the side of the building near the front.
