A rural and family estate of four generations welcomes you. 3km from the village, in the middle of a private walled courtyard: Le Petit Bennes. A 17th century house completely renovated with high standards, like an English cottage, old beams, an oak staircase, old tiles, a fire in the fireplace or lunch outside. To relax, miles of walk and at the end of the property: - The canal and its bike route - An arboretum (a tree museum) The space An East-West house with three doors to the courtyard to get back and forth as soon as the weather is nice. A large round of lawn and young lime trees in the middle. A small gravel ride, parking for 2 cars under the old ash. Upstairs, sea rush, old beams and old-fashioned plaster, the roof sits. Windows on the yard, protected from a gate. We pass a step and an ancestral door to access a large three-bed room. We pass an eternal, immovable beam before gazing at the plain through the window. A bathroom with bath and shower, we pump ourselves up looking at the garden. A twin bedroom, window to the north, a desk: quiet. Guest access At the end of a private driveway, a courtyard and the house are all yours. The buildings opposite in the courtyard will not be used from the courtyard during your stay. Paths cross the property, for many walks.
