They are for your enjoyment but we ask that you not feed the fish or manipulate their tanks in any way. San Blas is known for its mosquitoes. We fumigate often and will provide repellent but can't guarantee that the home wilm be free from mosquitoes or other exotic wildlife in and arround the property. Safety & Liability Acknowledgment RISKS AND GUEST RESPONSIBILITY By staying at Casa Playa Hermosa, the guest acknowledges and agrees that the property includes certain features that may pose risks, including but not limited to: *Swimming pool (risk of drowning) *Stairs without handrails *Balconies and elevated areas *Slippery surfaces The primary guest agrees to: * Use these facilities at their own risk * Supervise all minors at all times * Ensure the safety of elderly individuals or those with limited mobility *Use all areas of the property responsibly and with caution * Inform others in their group of the possible risks Casa Playa Hermosa is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or losses that may occur during the stay as a result of the use of the property and its facilities. The guest also agrees to be fully responsible for the safety and conduct of all individuals in their group throughout the duration of the stay.
