The space Day area: Upon entering, you'll be immediately captured by the brightness and breadth of the open space. The large panoramic windows frame a breathtaking view of the lake, creating a magical atmosphere any time of day. The heart of the living area is a comfy black leather corner sofa, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the surroundings. Imagine sipping a good glass of wine next to the hot wood-burning fireplace, creating an intimate and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for cooler evenings. For entertainment, a modern TV is placed on an elegant designer furniture. Kitchen: The kitchen is a real gem for lovers of good food. Fully equipped with modern appliances, including a handy dishwasher, it offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Start your day with a fresh cup of coffee from the coffee maker, and end your evenings with a special toast using the wine glasses at your disposal. Whether it's a quick snack or an elaborate dinner, you'll find everything you need here. The kitchen overlooks a panoramic view of the lake that will make each meal a unique and relaxing experience. Bedrooms: The main bedroom is a serene corner, ideal for recharging after a busy day. Furnished with a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe, it offers all the space you need for your belongings. Waking up with views of the lake and the surrounding mountains is a real privilege, a perfect way to start the day with positive energy. The equally cozy second bedroom is perfect for two people thanks to a comfortable double bed. This room ensures privacy and comfort, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. Bathroom: The bathroom was designed as a space of pure relaxation. The modern shower with rain showerhead will give you moments of well-being after a day spent in the open air. Soft towels and a welcome set will complete your comfort experience. Balcony: The balcony is a perfect corner to enjoy the natural beauty that surrounds the apartment. Imagine enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning, breathing in the cool breeze of the lake, or sipping an aperitif at sunset, admiring the colors that are reflected on the water. Amenities and Parking: The apartment includes a private parking space, reserved for the duration of your stay. Free Wi-Fi is also available to stay connected during your stay. Pool (in summer): During the summer season, guests can take advantage of the pool, the ideal place to relax and cool off, while enjoying the beautiful view of the lake and the surrounding view. Open from Easter to October. On the lower floor: The shared laundry available for a fee with coins There is also a sauna for common use always for a fee with coins. Check-in and Checkout: Check-in is available from 15:00 to 20:00. In case of need, let us know and we will try to accommodate you. Check-out must be by 10am. Points of Interest in the Neighborhoods: The apartment is located in San Nazzaro, just a 20-minute drive from Locarno, a city full of tourist attractions, restaurants and shops. A few kilometers away you will find the center of Luino, where you can stroll along the lake or visit the famous market. There are also plenty of hiking trails and outdoor activities nearby. Guest access You will receive a link at the time of booking where you will find all the directions to where to park and how to get to the apartment. At the entrance of the structure, there is the letterbox and, inside, the dresser for self check-in, for a quick and comfortable arrival. The keys to access the facilities are stored in the self check-in box, you will be provided with all the necessary instructions at the time of booking. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary comforts for your stay, thanks to the strategic location and the incredible view of this wonderful apartment you will have an unforgettable vacation. Other things to note At our apartment you will find coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, oil and welcome kits available free of charge. In addition to toilet paper, linen, towels and sheets, in the kitchen there is dish soap, sponge (always new), dishwasher tablets, dish dryer, all cleaning products (in case of need) and containers for the separate collection of garbage. We are always at your disposal, offering assistance from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. A concierge service is available (except for at night) via chat where you can ask any question, from how the appliances work, to the best restaurant in the area, from the most beautiful point of interest to the nearest parking lot.
