Perfect for a get away, this large rustic family home is quite and beautiful. Our home has lots of living space and is full of character with a welcoming & comfortable atmosphere. With games and romantic spots dotted around the house it’s ideal for everyone, from young children and teenagers to groups of friends and couples. Only 50 mins drive from Calais Eurotunnel the house sleeps 14; has 2 bathrooms; large dining and living rooms with log fireplaces; and a beautiful secluded garden. The space Perfect for a get away, this large rustic family home is in the charming village of Wicquinghem, well located for Montreuil Sur Mer and the chic seaside town of Le Touquet. Our home has lots of living space and is full of character with an open fire place in the living room as well as a log burner in the dining room. We also have full central heating. I bought the house over 30 years ago and although I have done many improvements and renovations over the years as my family has grown it is ready for another refresh and is on the market to sell. The house is spacious and welcoming and ideal for children running around as you do not have to worry too much about damaging pristine furniture and ornaments. The kitchen is well equipped and the kitchen as well as the dining room table can sit eight to ten people and we have catered up to twenty! We have fast fibre wifi for you to bring your music and entertainment. Our garden is private and secluded with a table tennis table, badminton net and an area for cricket and other ball games. There is a swing, fire pit, bcq area, an apple and plum tree with fruits in season and many places to sit outside and read a book or sketch. We have two bathroom and three of the rooms have their own wash basins and one room has a pool table. Local activities are Horse Riding, visiting Ypres First World War Museum, Le Sommes' First World War sites, the medieval town of St Valerie sur Somme & of course it's many Golf courses! Guest access I predominately live in the UK, so we have a keybox by the garage door with a code. Simply put in the code, retrieve the keys and put them back when you leave.
