Vacation home for 1-7 people, 3 bedrooms, 100 m²

Our house, built in 1934, was completely renovated in 2024. Many original parts of the house, such as the solid wood doors, were restored and reused. With a lot of old wood and small loving details, a unique living ambience was created that is reminiscent of an alpine pasture in many areas. However, the usual comfort is not neglected. The ground floor is suitable for wheelchair users and people with walking difficulties. A fire bowl in the garden and a sauna hut are also available. The space In our vacation home there are 3 rustically furnished bedrooms, a rustic bathroom, an extra toilet and a kitchen with adjoining conservatory. The furnishings and fittings were modeled after an alpine hut. The kitchen counter can be used as a bar, bar stools are provided. In the garden sunroom and in the bedrooms there are flat-screen TVs (smart TV) with satellite connection. The free Wi-Fi can be easily switched off by switch (e.g. for night rest). Note for wheelchair users and disabled people: The access to the vacation home is barrier-free (ramp, see photo), as well as the ground floor with living and kitchen area, 1 bedroom with direct access to the bathroom, wheelchair accessible shower, toilet with grab handles. The ground floor is suitable for wheelchairs up to a maximum width of 70 cm. Other things to note The prices quoted are plus tourist tax of EUR 1.50 per person/night for adults. (from January 1, 2025, the visitor's tax for persons aged 16 and over years of age will be EUR 2.00), children from 6 to 15 years: EUR 1.00, children from 0 to 5 years are free of charge.
