The space The cozy vacation home is suitable for four people. The 65 square meters of living space are spread over three floors. Enjoy cozy hours in the large living room with dining area, relaxing armchairs and Internet TV. Two bedrooms, a bathroom with a tub, a sauna with a shower and a rustic kitchen leave nothing to be desired. The fully equipped kitchen has a ceramic stovetop and a dishwasher. The central heating with hot water is operated with solid fuel (wood) and leaves a "green" fingerprint. Four-legged friends are ❤️ welcome and can let off steam on the fenced, 1200 m² property. You can park your car under the carport on the property. The outdoor area is completed by a covered, rustic sitting area and a barbecue area. In summer there is a solar shower with forest views and the pool provides the necessary cooling. Guest access The guests will be able to access all of the rooms. Other things to note The cottage is located at the end of a small vacation home development. The last 700 m from the main road lead along a narrow, gravel vineyard road and are now not necessarily for cowards and beginners ;-) The ceiling height in the lower living area (bathroom, sauna, kitchen, 1 bedroom) is about 200 cm. The guest can reach the bedroom in the attic via a ladder with handrail from the living room.
