Many restaurants and entertainment nearby. • Washroom & Kitchen shared with 2 more guests. Guest access • Independent entrance with self-check-in. Enter through the back of the house. Look for wooden stairs and go upstairs to enter the main level. Shared kitchen and washroom with 2-3 people. • Free parking on premises per request. • Guests have access to a shared living room, full kitchen, bathroom, and laundry area (which in the basement level) During your stay I’m available mostly through text or Airbnb messages. I usually respond within 5-10mins Other things to note • We have BELL internet (1GB) that is good for everyday use like browsing, and movie streaming. Work from home is normally supported. However, if you need a stable internet connection for your work or leisure activities, we will not cover any cost for these additional internet needs. If the internet goes down for any reason, we will call the internet company to have it resolved ASAP but some occasional internet disruptions are expected as they may occur from time to time due to the weather or internet provider service disruptions. • We provide toilet paper, toiletries, and cleaning products for up to a week. Please replenish your supplies if needed. • We do not provide immediate snow removal service during your stay, but snow will be cleared out from the main entrances during the day as soon as we can. Please be careful getting in and out of the house during snowy/rainy days. • Laundry is complimentary - if the washer or dryer malfunctions or is under maintenance, the host is not responsible for covering any cost related to laundry. The closest paid laundromat is Peal Dry Cleaners @4750 Yonge St, only a 10-minute walk. • We do not provide cleaning service and trash disposal during your stay. Please keep all common areas, and your room clean and tidy. Please dispose of your trash and food waste in the bins located outside of the house by the main entrance. • This is a shared house, screaming, foul language, disrespectful behavior, harassment and discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.
