Comfortable rooms, the apartment's 3 areas have air conditioning, 2 queen size beds, 1 dining room, kitchen, living room, fiber optic internet, TOTALPLAY cable TV, WiFi and smart TV. 24-hour on-site security The space Torres del Parque building, opened in March 2016, modern style, next to Alcalde park in the city of Guadalajara, you can find its location on maps as “TORRES DEL PARQUE”, designed to offer its residents a relaxed, luxurious lifestyle and above all to enjoy the historic center of the city of Guadalajara, Jalisco in harmony. The condominium has 115 apartments divided into 2 towers integrated in the same complex and with amenities such as a swimming pool, terrace, gym, parking, and reception. It has 2 elevators to service the entire tower, 24-hour security service, all people and visitors to the building must register and show a valid ID, for Airbnb users visits are prohibited, however registered guests can use the facilities 100%. A building with 115 apartments, 100% family-owned, where more than 80% are residential and local families live. Located in the Alcalde Barranquitas neighborhood, one block from the new Paseo Alcalde, a pedestrian street where you can walk to the iconic Guadalajara Cathedral, symbol of the Tapatía pearl. On the street, you can find typical houses, a beautiful setting and recreation of an old Guadalajara. Currently, more restaurants, cafes, bars, hotels and shops are being installed on this street that will make tourist life even more fascinating. The Torres del Parque Condominium is a family concept where there are important rules of coexistence for Airbnb such as visits of any kind are prohibited, only access to registered guests and indicated in the Airbnb app is allowed. The building also has an exclusive water chlorination system to enjoy purer water. Our apartments in particular have a reverse osmosis purification system that guarantees high quality water, even greater than bottled water. APARTMENT 9I To access level 9 of the building from the semi-basement of the parking lot, or reception of the building, you can use any of the 2 elevators available, no more than 5 people with suitcases can enter. Apartment 9 has a balcony overlooking Pedro Loza Street and the eastern part of the city, specifically the Jalisco Stadium. It has 2 bathrooms, one inside the master bedroom and the other in the center of the apartment, just outside the second bedroom. Electricity, gas, and internet services are included. It also has Totalplay PREMIUM TV service with more than 100 channels at your disposal. The internet is available through fiber optics. Trash must be placed in the semi-basement level in the area assigned for it. The parking lot has a height of 1.90 m or 6.2 ft so vehicles with excess dimensions, campers or trucks cannot access. MAIN BEDROOM The master bedroom has a queen size bed, 1-ton mini-split air conditioning, and a walk-in closet. You can connect from your room via ethernet cable or wifi. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. SECONDARY BEDROOM The second bedroom features a queen size bed, 1-ton mini split air conditioning, and a closet. It has 1 bathroom outside the apartment. KITCHEN It has all the accessories for cooking, plates (small, deep and large), cutlery and pans. It has a stove with 6 burners, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker for coffee capsules, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator. It also has a water purification system exactly the same as that used by large reverse osmosis bottlers so that you always enjoy drinking water. It has a breakfast bar. LIVING AND DINING ROOM It has an L-shaped living room for up to 6 people, which can be converted into a sofa bed, and on one side there is a dining room for 6 services. BALCONY Smoking area only with the balcony door closed and overlooking Gabriela Mistral Street. PARKING It has 1 parking space, which you will be able to use 24 hours a day during your stay. Pool hours are from 9 A.M. to 9 P.M. Always wear a special bathing suit for the pool. You cannot enter with clothes, food, drinks, speakers, or anything made of glass. Groups of guests entering together should be aware that the use is harmonious and not in a pool party environment, i.e. respect good customs, respect order and families and children who are using the facilities. Minors are not allowed to be alone in the pool. People who violate the rules of use will be subject to the cancellation of their reservation and a fine of $4500 pesos in national currency. It has a breakfast bar LIVING AND DINING ROOM Very comfortable living room that turns into a double bed, sleeps 2 people. Dining room for six people. BALCONY Smoking area only with the balcony door closed and where you can enjoy one of the best views of the cathedral and the city of Guadalajara itself. PARKING It has 1 parking space, which you can use 24 hours a day during your stay. Covered parking with surveillance. Guests can enjoy the neighborhood, getting to know the typical food of the area, easily accessible through the area, as the neighborhood is full of shops and places where you can buy groceries, basic cooking products, etc. Right on the corner of Jesús Garcia and Pedro Loza streets (on the corner of the building) you can find a Bodega Aurrera (mini Walmart) where they sell fruit, vegetables, meats, if you want fresher food you can find it in the nearby municipal markets such as the Mezquitan flower market, just an 8-minute walk away, or in the Alcalde market a 15-minute walk away. If you're looking for convenience stores, on the corner of Jesus Garcia and Alcalde you'll find the famous “OXXO” store, and on the corner of Avenida Alcalde and Torres Quintero you'll find a “7ELEVEN”, a temple, and a hospital. The area is walkable, and on the corner of the apartment you can take the bus that takes you downtown (the routes can be found on the internet). How about a sightseeing tour of the entire city and without getting off the train? Universal transport cards are sold at train stations and allow you to use all transport systems. PARKING The building's parking is located on level 1 and is accessible and free of charge for all guests, you can only use 1 vehicle per apartment. The height of the cars must be less than 2 meters high. Please ask if your car fits in the parking lot because of the dimensions. The cars that are easy to park are small and medium, vans and trucks cannot access. MI TREN LINE 3 If you want to see the new and technological electric train “MI TREN LINEA 3” you can walk 5 minutes to the CETRAM LA NORMAL station and in the same way move around the city and see ZAPOPAN, GUADALAJARA and TLAQUEPAQUE by this means of transport and if your final destination is the new bus station, you will get there. MY MOBILITY You can walk 1 small block down to Avenida Jesus García, there you will find the routes that will take you to different points in the city (the routes can be found on the internet), you can use the map applications and find the best way to get around. Get to know new places, neighborhoods and enjoy the city. IMPORTANT PUBLIC TRANSPORT INFORMATION. As in any city in the world, we recommend that you take care of your belongings, do not make your cell phone visible, do not wear jewelry or have your wallet in the back of your pants. It is important that you always have your belongings visible to avoid unforeseen events. We recommend leaving your identification documents in the apartment in a safe place, as well as taking a photo of your passport or identification if you are going to use public transportation. To use public transportation, you can buy cards to top up your balance. It's a prepaid system and you can use all public transportation. Additionally, we recommend that you bring coins with you to pay for transportation, which generally costs $10 pesos, in case the prepaid system is not available at that time, as buses do not give change. Cards can be purchased at OXXO stores or at ELECTRIC TRAIN stations. UBER, DIDI, TAXI or TOVIGO You can use these apps to use safe public transportation. If you need a taxi, you can ask the condominium staff to help you order a safe taxi. We will have a TOVIGO private transportation service to take you wherever you want with the security and guarantee of TOM & VINCE. Other things to note RESPONSIBLE USE OF ELECTRICITY POLICY, we provide you with free consumption of 10KW (Kilowatts) per day and we will charge an additional $6 pesos per KW at the end of your reservation, this is to guarantee the responsible use of energy and to be able to pay our electricity bill. Save energy and money. Toilet paper, sanitary towels, trash, or any other object must not be placed in the apartment's toilet bowl. The toilets in this building do not have the power to flush toilet paper, so they would clog and not work. Sometimes WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE, the pool may be subject to maintenance. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM.
