Welcome to The Bartlett Oasis, your peaceful retreat in the heart of the historic Bartlett Lumberyard. Built in 1910 and lovingly restored in 2022, this unique property blends old-world charm with modern amenities, giving you the best of both worlds. Step outside and you’re right in the middle of Bartlett’s lively community hub, home to Perez BBQ, a welcoming beer garden, a hidden speakeasy, and boutique retail like The Bartlett Mercantile. The space The Lumberyard Lofts is a fully furnished studio apartment overlooking historic downtown Bartlett. The Loft has a comfortable bed, dining table, high speed internet and a full kitchen! Guest access You have a private entrance and keyless entry. Your door code will be provided after your booking is confirmed. Other things to note We keep the property on a regular pest control schedule, but as this is a lovingly restored historic building in the heart of Texas, it’s not unusual to spot the occasional bug, especially during cricket season. Verification Portal To ensure a smooth and secure check-in process, we may request the following after booking: • A government-issued ID • Confirmation of your contact information • A credit card that matches your reservation details • A quick background check, if necessary Rest assured, your information is used solely for verification purposes and is not stored. By booking, you agree to our rental terms and to submit any required documentation before check-in. Check-in instructions will be sent once the verification is complete. As part of the process, a temporary hold will be placed on your credit card as a security deposit. This is a pre-authorization only and will be released automatically within 2 days after check-out, provided everything is in order. Pet Policy We love welcoming pets! Here's what to know: $100 fee for one pet per stay Bringing a second pet? Let us know in advance, an additional fee applies: • $50 for short stays • $100 for long-term stays Please note: Unauthorized pets will result in a $300 fee per pet Thanks for helping us keep the space clean and comfortable for all our guests!
