The nearest beach is within a 2 minutes distance on foot but there are also many small beaches all way along to Aghia Efimia village as well. The famous Melissani lake is located less than 5 minutes on foot far away. The village has also a picturesque lake with ducks. There are some restaurants, a cafeteria and a mini market within a close walking distance. The town of Sami is 5 minutes away by car but it is accessible on foot as well through a beautiful seaside road available only for pedestrians and bicycles.
