Come and relax in our quiet and elegant accommodation. Our apartments are located in Quintes, a quiet rural village 10 minutes from the city of Gijón, close to several beaches and 50 minutes from the mountains. They are newly built and fully equipped. Each apartment has its own garden and terrace. You can also relax in our pool. The space The apartments are newly built and fully equipped. They have 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms with a shower, a sofa bed, a kitchen, and a living-dining room. The beds are very comfortable. Other things to note -Each guest is required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. -Special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. - Guests must keep the apartment in the same condition as it was when they arrived during their stay and when they leave. The condition of the apartment will be checked at the end of the stay. -The kitchen and its utensils will be perfectly clean at the end of your stay, similar to the entrance. -Respecting the privacy of guests, management reserves the right to enter the apartments if necessary. - The apartment will be occupied only by the number of people indicated in the reservation. -If you want an invoice, please inform the staff, along with your tax information, at least 24 hours before your departure. - Cash is not accepted. - Non-smoking establishment. -The establishment has an apartment adapted for people with reduced mobility (CARRIÓ apartment). -Cribs are subject to availability and are free of charge. -We have free parking for guests. -We have chargers for electric cars for an additional fee. -Pets are not allowed. - No parties allowed in the establishment. - Guests must minimize noise from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM. - Guests' peace and quiet must be respected. -Pool hours are from 10:00am to 9:00pm. The pool will be closed from November 1 to February 28. - Change of sheets every 6 days. -Cleaning and change of towels every 3 or 4 days.
