Both rooms are designed to offer a peaceful retreat with comfortable beds, high-quality linens, and ample wardrobe space. Situated just minutes away from LB Nagar Metro Station, you have easy access to all parts of Hyderabad. The space Our property offers a spacious Hall, two bedrooms with attached baths, and a 24/7 Power and water supply. The apartment is located inside a gated colony; hence, you can stay worry-free. Food delivery and quick commerce like Zomato, Swiggy, Zepto, Blinkit, etc., are all operational here to cater to your needs. We have a fully equipped kitchen with both a gas stove and an induction, along with all the basic cooking utensils and cutlery that you may need. Guests can use the television by connecting their own streaming devices, such as laptops or Firesticks, via HDMI. The TV is not a smart TV. Air conditioning is only in the master bedroom; we can arrange a cooler for the second bedroom based on availability. A Geyser provision for hot water is also available. Guest access Guests will have complete access to the spacious 2BHK unit. Other things to note We are strict with our house rules. As this is a unit in a residential society, Parties, Loud Music, Alcohol, Smoking, use of illegal substances, etc., shall NOT be allowed. Guests looking to book our place must note this as a rigid guideline, and we might have to deny any booking request that seeks such an occasion for a visit to our property. Please also note that COOKING of Nonveg is not permitted in the flat. You can always order nonveg food and feel free to have it, but cooking of nonveg is prohibited. In an event where we find any guest violating the house rules, we shall charge a minimum penalty of INR 5000 toward the violation of the rules. This amount can be more depending on the situation and the condition of the property post-checkout!
