And my people will dwell in a peaceful abode, in secure dwellings and in resting places. Is. 32:18 The space We have 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1: With a King size bed for up to 3 people. Bedroom 2: With a double bed for up to 2 people. Bedroom 3: With 2 single beds, for a maximum of 2 people (on the ground floor, ideal for seniors). Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, closets, mini-split A/C, TV and smart locks. For CasaDelRey, the privacy and comfort of our guests is paramount. Guest access To enter the subdivision we require code, you must enter with caution to the right to avoid accidents. CasadelRey is right in front of the subdivision square. CasaDelRey is a complete, comfortable and private house, just for our guests. Our guests enjoy all areas such as the living room, dining room, and social area. We only ask that you take care of the facilities and keep them clean and tidy. Other things to note CasaDelRey is located in a private neighborhood with rules of hearing pollution, it is designed for our guests to rest and enjoy a comfortable stay. The use of CasaDelRey is not allowed for night parties, bachelor parties or meetings with excessive noise. These actions cause the neighbors to call the environmental police, let's avoid the pain of being disturbed by the security commission of the subdivision. By official dispositions the entire interior of CasaDelRey is a tobacco smoke-free area. To maintain our policy of affordable prices and environmental care we kindly ask you to avoid smoking inside the premises, use rationally, water, electricity and gas, upon evicting CasaDelRey leave lights, minisplits and appliances off, and please gather all the trash (including the bathroom) in the kitchen bag and place it closed in the garage. CasaDelRey has security cameras only in outdoor common areas (garage, terrace under construction and backyard). At the moment CasaDelRey is in the renovation of external areas (terrace), however we avoid the work and noise of the masons during the stays.
