Featuring an incredible downtown location with views of the Idaho Falls Skyline. This luxuriously appointed apartment is just a block to the Snake River & Greenbelt. Surrounded by amazing local shops, the best restaurants & activities. Grab lunch to go downstairs at Sully's Gastro or Himalayan Flavor & enjoy it at Civitan Park/Plaza just outside the front entrance or walk down to the Riverfront. Visit the Museum, Artitorium on Broadway or see a show at the Colonial or Centre Theatres. ***** We keep a travel crib / Pack ’n Play available at the Airbnb for guests to use at no extra charge. :) For families who prefer a larger sleeping space for their little one, we also offer a standard-size wooden crib option. The crib is stored with our supplies and can be brought over and fully set up upon request. There is typically a $100 setup fee for the full crib to help cover transportation, setup, mattress protector, and additional laundering. If you’d like either option prepared for your stay, just let us know prior to arrival. For your convenience, laundry rooms are available on both the 2nd and 3rd floors, each equipped with a pinball machine for a little fun while you wait. The Penthouse suites on the 4th floor are a special space with arcade games, pool tables, sauna, red light and tanning beds, a massage chair, and more! These areas are private and only accessible if booked separately on AirBnB for overnight stays or reserved for group events through IdahoFalls-Events at an hourly rate. While you're here, be sure to explore our neighbors in the Roger’s Building just down the block on B Street. It’s definitely worth a visit. 😊 When you arrive please feel free to drop off luggage if street parking near the building is not readily available. There is a black luggage cart in the B Street Lobby for your use. 🧳 *A parking permit for the parking lot between Yellowstone Ave and Idaho Mtn Trading Company (the lot across from WeeBee Toys, off B Street), can be obtained in your suite if needed. *There is also free all day parking in the middle of Constitution Way just one block away. *Most street parking downtown is free for 2 hrs per block Mon-Friday 8am-6pm and free all day on weekends. Please keep in mind that there are other guests on the property who will be staying in their own unique luxury apartments and there are common areas, like the entrance foyer and laundry room with multiple washer and dryers and a quarter operated pinball machine. There is potential for some noise.
