The space 3 BR + Sunroom w/Queen sleeper. Inside, the Master bedroom (King bed) and bath is upstairs on the 2nd floor. Two other bedrooms (Queen beds) are on the main floor. Kitchen is open to living room on the main floor, along with a full bath. Main entrance/exit is through the kitchen and via ramp access. An electronic keypad makes it easy. Across the entire front of house is a sunroom overlooking the lake. Sunroom (Bed 4) has a queen size sleeper sofa. Along the lake's edge, in a private setting, is more than 200 feet of shoreline, a fire pit, picnic table, lounge chairs, a private boat ramp (winter pool makes that iffy), and a private dock, which is available for boat tie up and use of electrical sockets. It is alot of space for a great time! Guest access When rented, the host is not on premises. All living areas of the house are available to guests, except basement/garage access.
