Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, along with the lounge room open plan area serviced by a ceiling fan and split system air conditioner to keep the place cool in the summer months and ducted heating throughout in the winter months. The pool is private, in an enclosed backyard. (Please note the pool is not heated but does keep a nice warm temperature in the summer months) The property has a lovely position located opposite a park. It’s a very quiet street and a 500m walk to the Main Street. Guest access The whole house is accessible to guests with a lockbox for easy check-in. Other things to note On occasions, we may have dates we can open up as available as a late check-in the day prior to dates showing available or one night bookings, in-between bookings.
