There is one off- street parking space directly behind the building. You will be accessing the unit by 2 flights of EXTERIOR STAIRS, conveniently located next to where you'll be parking. Guest access You will have a private entrance via exterior stairs to the second story and full access to the apartment with KITCHENETTE. The first floor and front half of the second floor is occupied by the host. Other things to note The unit has central air that I keep at 76. The unit also has an window AC unit in the bedroom and a portable AC unit in the living space for your comfort. I ask my guests to help me to conserve energy by turning off AC units when you are out and about.
