Home in North Bend

This adorably artsy home sits on a third of an acre in the heart of North Bend. A private oasis with covered deck is surrounded by fruit trees and laurel. Only a 15 minute drive to the beach, 10 to the water and 20 minutes from Bandon Dunes and Golf Resort. Restaurants & farmer’s market close by. Parking for campers/trailers w/ hook ups, kayaks, bikes, other toys. Every detail has been considered for high end comfort. Guest access Guests have access to the upstairs of the house, private side lawn and laundry room. The driveway is reserved for guest parking. Other things to note We have two dogs who only have access to the lower and backyard. There is a large separate side yard with 4 walnut trees accessible only to guests. Our dogs are generally quiet but do bark when outside roaming their fenced area. Lazuli is 42lbs and Charlie is 20 lbs. Both are friendly but only interact with guests if invited. They are kept inside when we are not at home but usually go with us.
