Whether you're planning a productive work retreat, a relaxing family getaway, or a memorable reunion with friends, our lakefront home has it all. Nestled on the water with a private dock, we're just minutes away from local restaurants and vibrant bars. Our spacious dining room offers stunning lake views, seamlessly transforming for meetings, family game nights, or evening gatherings. The space Our lakefront home has 4 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queen, and 2 twin beds), a full kitchen, and living room with TV. We have 1 full bathroom on the main level with a shower/bathtub and a half bathroom (toilet and sink only) downstairs. The dining room overlooks the lake with 8 comfortable chairs and a new 50" TV perfect for meetings or game nights. Outside there is a backyard with a private dock and lake access. Please note: - There is NO garage access for guests but plenty of parking in the driveway. - Absolutely NO parties (including bachelor or bachelorette) - Quiet hours (including firepit) start at 10pm, as we have a quiet neighborhood and a good relationship with our neighbors. Guest access Driveway, entire house, backyard with fire pit, private dock on the lake. Please note, NO garage access. Other things to note If you're planning to bring a boat and are unfamiliar with Lake Wissota, please reach out to us as there are height restrictions under some of the bridges. Do not walk on ice or frozen lake in winter.
