Great cabin on Filefjell with amazing views.

Great cabin with a fantastic location and panoramic views of water, mountains, valleys and the royal road over Filefjell. Cabin yard with 3 buildings that are beautifully located at the top of the cabin area. Easy access to the mountains, both summer and winter with unique hiking opportunities. Approx. 10 min drive to Tyin - Filefjell ski center, Joker store and charging options at Tyinkrysset. In summer, we also recommend trips in the surrounding area, such as Borgund Stave Church, the King's Road over Filefjell, Vindhellavegen/Galdane, Lærdal, etc. The space Cabin: (80 sqm): Older cabin that is very well maintained. The cabin is well equipped with everything you need. Large terrace under the roof. Large living room with open kitchen solution and high ceilings. Reasonably new kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, stove, coffee maker and kettle. Plenty of kitchen utensils. The bathroom and toilet are separate. Shower cabin in the bathroom. Heating cables in the floor in the hallway and in the bathroom. Bedroom 1: Double bed 180 cm. Sleeps 2. Bedroom 2: A Hemnes daybed that can be pulled out and turned into 2 *80 cm. A bunk bed. Room for 2, a total of 4 beds. Bedroom 3: Loft in main cabin, 2 single beds, 75 cm. Also possibility for extra mattresses on floor. Private room with door. Possibility for baby bed and high chair if needed. Annex (45 sqm): Fully insulated annex built in recent times. Water and heat pump. Workshop downstairs, large bedroom upstairs. In the workshop there is, among other things, a ping pong table and darts. Large bedroom on the second floor. 2 beds, 90 cm, but here also room for extra mattresses on the floor. Gapahuk/fireplace: Light the outdoor fireplace, sit comfortably and warm under the roof and enjoy the panoramic view. Otherwise very nice, well-kept outdoor area that encourages play, activity and fun outside. Fire pan for outdoor cos and sledging/sledding for children. Guest access You can use the entire property. Other things to note Wifi not available but can cast from own wifi to Chromecast. You can drive all the way up to the cabin on a nice road in summer. In winter about 15 min ski tour up from the parking lot. Nice prepared slopes almost all the way up to the cabin. Possibilities for snowmobile transport from parking to cabin if desired. During winter holidays/Easter holidays, both Red Cross First Aid and private operators tend to offer snowmobile transport. Otherwise in the year private operator. Food in cabinets and freezers is private, but space is cleared for the tenant. The tenant must be over 26 years of age. Number of days for rental, minimum 3. Cleaning up before leaving by agreement. Waste must be taken with you upon departure. No smoking. The cabin should look as nice on departure as on arrival. Bed linen and towels are brought by the tenant but can be rented for NOK 100 per person if desired. A bag of firewood (60 L) is included in the rental price. Consumption beyond this must either be brought or purchased/paid for an additional fee. NOK 2,000 per night (5 people). For more than 5 people, you pay NOK 400 extra per person per night. Flexible rental periods. During Easter holidays, you must rent at least 3 nights and the rental price per night is NOK 2,500 during the Easter holidays and NOK 2,300 during the winter holidays. The tenant cleans themselves, otherwise NOK 1200 for cleaning.
