Other things to note Casa Reel-House is a spacious non-AC 1 BHK (Bedroom, Hall, Kitchenette) apartment (23rd floor, usually very breezy) with a queen bed. 1. Gated Community 2. Convenient door-step delivery services from Swiggy, Instamart, Zomato, etc. available doorstep till 11 pm and post that you’ll have to collect it at the main gate security point. 3. Tea, Coffee - Ready Open kitchenette. 4. Couple-Friendly. We welcome couples if you both are 21+ years. 5. Please note that we need you to share images of Photo ID & Address proofs (Aadhar card/Driving License - front and back both) for all the guests before your check-in. 6. We do allow visitors to our guests, but only with prior intimation and permission from our end. You need to share all the visitors’ valid IDs once we approve them. 6. We provide only handwash in the washroom and no other toiletries due to guests’ individual preferences. Request you to carry your own. 7. NO SMOKING, NO DRINKING, NO LOUD MUSIC AFTER 9 PM.
