The space The villa is arranged over 2 floors, with small outdoor seating areas to the front and back. Off street parking offers security, privacy and comfort. Furnished and equipped to a modern standard with a flair of Arabic elegance, it boasts an expansive open-plan ground floor with two sitting areas, dining, guest toilet and washing area, along with a small modern kitchen to the rear. Upstairs there are three bedrooms - a double master room with a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite, a second double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a third bedroom that may be arranged as double or two singles, again with fitted wardrobes. Also, a family bathroom, laundry area and family sitting room with library and games. The large master bedroom also has a sofa bed that may be used for children or an additional guest. There is a Smart TV and free Wi-Fi throughout. The villa is equipped with a washing machine, ironing board, cooker, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and generous amounts of crockery and utensils. The rear courtyard has a Weber BBQ and two seating areas for al fresco dining. The front has a balcony with table and chairs.
