This space boasts a great work-from-home environment! Guest access Guests will access the unit through the left side entrance and up one flight of stairs. Access to the unit is done through a smart-lock located on the door, the access code is sent to you through your booking channel. Other things to note A minimum 30 day booking is required for this unit. If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building. Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250.
