Ideal for anyone who wants to stay longer: Whether it's a workation, temporary accommodation, a business assignment or simply a conscious new start in the countryside – we offer flexible rentals from one month to a year. The property – design meets nature This unique modular house, a certified passive house, combines what often seems incompatible: sustainable living and real home comforts. The Brenztal Eco Lodge was born from the desire to create a place where environmentally friendly living and quality go hand in hand. Large windows bring nature into the living room. Your new home away from home – all extras included In 38 m², the lodge offers everything you need for a comfortable, longer stay: Living & sleeping ● Separated bedroom with king-size bed ● Solid oak parquet floor ● Spacious living area ● Kitchen – fully equipped ● Stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher ● Espresso machine, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils ● Bathroom – rain shower, toilet, sink, hair dryer, towel warmer ● Washing machine & tumble dryer – essential for longer stays Technology & comfort ● Intelligent ventilation with cooling and heating function for the best indoor climate and optimal air quality ● High-speed WLAN – perfect for home office & workation ● Smart Home with voice control ● Smart TV & Bluetooth speaker/streaming hub Outdoor area – your personal retreat The 420 m² property is exclusively available to you: ● Barrel sauna – usable all year round, your personal wellness highlight ● Spacious garden and sunny terrace ● Deck chairs and dining table with four chairs ● Electric grill ● Carport for two cars with a Wallbox (11 kW) for electric vehicles ● Solar panels on all roofs Location – quiet but still well connected The lodge is centrally located between Giengen an der Brenz, Heidenheim and Dillingen – also ideal for professionals in the region: ● Aalen, Ellwangen, Ulm, Schwäbisch Gmünd, Esslingen: less than 1 hour ● Stuttgart: approx. 120 km ● Augsburg: approx. 80 km Right outside the front door, hiking trails begin into the Eselsburger Valley, to the Gundelfinger Moos or along the Albschäfer-Weg. Bike paths along the Danube are also within easy reach. Giengen an der Brenz – home of the famous Steiff bears – is worth a visit. Prices & conditions for long-term stays Length of stay: 1 month Price per night: 65 euros From 3 months, we grant a 10% discount 1. The price is a flat rate of €65 per night. For stays of three months or more, we offer a 10% discount – the price is then reduced to €58.50 per night. We would be happy to create an individual offer for you – just contact us! 2. Note on utilities: Water, electricity and garbage disposal are billed separately according to consumption or actual expenditure and are not included in the rental price. 3. Final cleaning: A one-time final cleaning fee of €60 will be charged. House Rules for Long-Term Guests Dear guests, The Brenztal Eco Lodge is your home – please treat it accordingly. We rely on mutual trust and respect. Upon departure, we ask you to: ● Wash and put away the dishes ● Clean the kitchen, bathroom & toilet ● Properly dispose of garbage (garbage separation) ● Clean the floors ● Remove bed linens Basic cleaning is part of the rental conditions. If the lodge is not handed over in the agreed condition, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee of €50. Access You will receive a personal message with all access details in good time before your arrival. We are always happy to answer any questions you may have about long-term bookings, individual conditions or getting to know each other personally. Looking forward to seeing you soon! Other things to note H A U S R E G E L N Dear guests, We hope you enjoy your stay at the Brenztal Eco Lodge and feel completely comfortable! If your departure is imminent, we would like to kindly remind you of our house rules: Please leave the lodge as clean and tidy as you found it when you arrived. This means: Dishes washed and stored in the cabinet Kitchen, bathroom and toilet cleaned Garbage disposed of (observe garbage separation) Floors swept/wiped in case of visible dirt Beds stripped This basic cleaning is part of the rental conditions and allows us to prepare the lodge promptly for the next guests. If the lodge is not handed over in the agreed condition, we will have to charge an additional cleaning fee of €30.00. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
