Ground Level The ground level (240 sq.m.) consists of a spacious welcome hall, a large living room separated into two levels. The first-upper level offers a comfortable and spacious office for all our guests who want to combine leisure and work. While the second-lower level consists of a comfortable sitting area with a 42'' LCD television, a music corner with a piano and a beautiful marble fire place. The villa's elegant dining room with its marvellous view provides to up to 10 people all the necessary space and comfort to enjoy their meal and family moments. Apart from its main sitting area the villa offers the opportunity to its guests to enjoy the sitting area of its sunny and fully equipped, high designed, spacious kitchen which can cover the needs of up to 10 occupants. On the ground level there is also one bright coloured, spacious and modern en suite double bedroom with direct access to the garden through its large balcony, where its guests can have their breakfast enjoying peace and quiet. First Level The first level presents an impressively sized master bedroom which reaches the standards of a beautifully decorated honeymoon suite with its attached bathroom and its own dressing room. Followingly, the villa offers another two modern and luxurious bedrooms. Both have 2 single beds each while all rooms provide the opportunity to their guests to enjoy the marvellous view to the sea through its spacious balconies. The large fully equipped bathroom serves all the needs of the two single beds rooms giving the feeling of comfort and relaxation.
