Between Cuenca and Albacete is located our 18,000-square-meter estate, between the towns of San Clemente and Casas de los Pinos. It has very easy access, and you can park around the house. The estate is perimetered by a fence. The house has two floors, where on the lower floor we have the kitchen, a living room with two spaces, one of them with fireplace, a bedroom and a bathroom. Upstairs there are five bedrooms and another bathroom. Outside the house we have a large estate with tree walks, a grassy area where we have a pool, and a barbecue with tables. The entire venue is private, and use is just for guests. Around the house there is no other house, nor any road, so there is a lot of tranquility, both in the winter and in the summer. Very close to the farm there is a paintball field, highly recommended for the more daring. Guest access Guests have access to the entire areas of the house, and the entire property. Kitchen utensils can be used, and the pool, barbecue, fireplace, music equipment and other items are also fully functional and available. On the outside side we have wood for the fireplace and barbecue. It's a very well-contained thermally conditioned house. The heating is very efficient, and its 22 windows totally flood with light every corner of the house.
