Central Istria Kotli Stone House#4

One of 8 beautifully renovated traditional stone houses in the protected rural entity Kotle, registered as one of Croatia's cultural goods. You can either enjoy only one of our houses, with the access to the common area including the pool, playground and barbecue or you can rent the entire village; ideal for birthdays, bachelor/ette parties and weddings! The houses are in central Istria surrounded with nature offering a rich variety of activities and experiences, more about that below... The space Saturday check-in (registration) - from 16 clock - to 19 clock Saturday check-out - to 11 clock. Included in Price are linen, towels, beach towels, pool and garden maintenance, barbecue, wi-fi, final cleaning Bicycles will be charged EUR 10 per day. The pets are 5 Euros per day. Park and pool are divided with other guests. Guest access The green inland of Istria is paradise for nature lovers. You can take a walk that goes through the village and follows the river Mirna which starts in our village! The same route is also suitable for cycling. Few kilometers from the village of Kotli is a ranch, where you can ride horses on a polygon, under the supervision of instructors. Cross country tours on rivers can also be organized. The area of Kotli is known for truffles and asparagus and many notable places to dine. Wine lovers will be delighted with numerous wine routes and olive gardens in the area. For the adrenaline-lovers, we can organize the 'Enduro' drive through the forest path. If you want to experience Istrafrom the sky, we offer you the possibility of a balloon flight. Only 20 km from Kotli there is an 18-hole golf course. Close to our village is the Istrian wellness and spa. For culture lovers there is the possibility to visit the historically valuable and charming towns of Motovun and Grožnjan. The Adriatic see is 35 to 40 km away, (Novigrad Opatija).
