Relax in this secluded, serene and sunny apartment adjoining the main home situated in a very quiet street. Wake up to the sounds of magpies, kookaburras and ducks waddling past the front yard. Close to Erina Fair, Brisbane Water ferries and the famous Bouddi National Park The space KJ's Kincumber condominium includes a roomy lounge and kitchenette area with a brand new Queen bed. Other amenities include air conditioning, a new washing machine and newly refurbished bathroom with a double sized shower and a separate toilet. Breakfast amenities supplied along with KJ's famous stewed rhubarb. Guest access KJ's Kincumber condominium has its own private access from the street with safe easy parking right out front. Security coded front door and crimsafe window screens make this guesthouse very secure and safe. Other things to note 1. For longer term rentals of 7 nights or more, I require a copy of a government issued ID, preferably a driver's license / licence, or an official government photo ID to be sent to me via the airbnb messaging app once the booking approval is complete .
