Welcome!!! The space The apartment is located in the historical part of the ancient city, namely on the Magal, which is famous as the soul of Derbent. All the city attractions are within a walking distance: museums, parks, Juma Mosque (250 meters) - the oldest mosque in Russia; the museum of the Maiden Bath (300m); the house-museum of Bestuzhev Marlinsky; the pearl of our city: the citadel of Naryn-kala (800m); the Khan's bath (located inside the fortress of Naryn-kala); the Armenian church; the boulevard along Mamedbekov street; a stone's throw to the vegetable market (200m) - with the smell of spices and the atmosphere of real city life; the city square of Freedom with an architectural monument V.I. Lenin (300m), shops and much more. People around are very hospitable and friendly. In the evenings you can safely and securely walk along Mamedbekov street (along the fortress wall, which stretches all the way to the sea). View from the window to the quiet street, also from the windows of the house there is a view of a small garden with blooming roses and persimmon tree. The apartment itself is part of the owner's house. The stairs lead to the 2nd floor. The apartment is entirely at your disposal (the entire 2nd floor). Inside the house is comfortable. With all the amenities, furniture and all the necessary household appliances (air conditioning, etc.). The house has a stable internet!Separate bath for guests, kitchen, refrigerator. To the beach - 10 minutes by Yandex taxi (160 rubles) or by shuttle taxi N4 (15 rubles) in 15-20 minutes. Guest access The entire 2nd floor: 3 rooms (two separate rooms plus one common lounge), bathroom, toilet with bidet, kitchen, fridge, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, iron, ironing board, bed linen and everything you need (bath accessories - shampoo, soap, shower gel, toothpaste, slippers, hairdryer, hair iron, towels), as well as kitchen utensils: kitchenette, blender, toaster, fridge, electric kettle, stove, oven, all necessary utensils (wine glasses, glasses, plates, saucers, spoons, forks). The apartment itself is part of the main house. Hot/cold water is always available!The apartment is ultra-clean, everything is cleaned after each guest!!!
