The Orting Manor, Originally Built in 1901, was beautifully renovated to blend timeless elegance with modern comforts. Nestled away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, this sanctuary offers the perfect escape for those seeking peace, beauty, and a connection to the past. The space About this historic home: Orting Manor is an authentic 1901 Victorian estate, and a key part of its charm is that it has been preserved rather than modernized. To make sure the home is the right fit for your group, please review these features before booking: • Two spiral staircases. One leads to the third-floor attic loft, the other to the pool house bedroom. Both are period-authentic and have a narrow profile. Neither staircase is suitable for guests with mobility challenges. • Attic loft sleeping. The third-floor attic loft sleeps three on queen mattresses placed directly on the floor — a cozy, attic-style sleeping arrangement, not traditional bed frames. • Bathroom layout. The main house has two full indoor bathrooms. The master ensuite is accessed by walking through an adjacent bedroom — please coordinate room assignments with your group. Two additional half-baths are located in the outdoor restroom building near the pool house. • Pool house bedroom. The pool house is a detached structure with one queen bedroom. It does not have its own bathroom — guests staying in the pool house use the indoor or outdoor bathrooms at the main house. • Accessibility. The home is not wheelchair accessible. The first floor is reachable by a small set of steps; upper floors and the pool house bedroom require navigating staircases. • Linens. Twenty bath towels (two per bed and two per indoor bathroom) are provided prior to your arrival. Larger groups and longer stays may need additional laundry cycles; our on-site laundry room is made available upon request. We share these details upfront so groups can decide whether the home is the right fit for their stay. Guest access Guests may use all areas of the Manor and the back Venue space with the exception of the back garage in any capacity Other things to note If the property has not been booked for a wedding or event, it may not be used as a Venue under any circumstances. Unauthorized events will incur our penalty fee of $10,000. Additionally, any guests on site exceeding the 16-person limit will be subject to these charges.
