With an area of 130 m² on 2 levels, it consists of: On the ground floor: 1 living room with fireplace and TV/DVD player 1 kitchen (refrigerator/freezer - 4-burner cooktop - traditional oven & microwave oven - dishwasher - electric coffee maker (filter & "Nespresso") and dining area 1 bedroom with 1 double bed & bathroom with shower and private toilet Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (two with double bed and one with 2 single beds) 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet The whole is decorated with a private terrace overlooking the orchard, with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.
