The cottage has one double bedroom and one single with an additional pull out bed, which with the addition of a family bathroom make it suitable for four people. The cottage also contains a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and a multi fuel stove. Outside the cottage is an enclosed front garden with furniture and off road parking for one car. Set in the middle of the Snowdonia National Park and with stunning views, Glan-yr-Afon Cottage is a superb cottage in a stunning location. Amenities: LPG central heating with multi-fuel stove in sitting room. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, Smart TV with freeview, DVD player, iPod dock with radio, WiFi. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (downstairs only, please bring own dog beds and towels). Sorry, no smoking. Pub 20 mins walk. Lakeside Cafe 3 mins walk. Shops and amenities 1.6 miles. Note: Front patio is gated and enclosed by a 3' 5" stone wall. Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South. Town: Tanygrisiau was famous for its slate mining, producing a high quality black slate that was used across the world. Its railway station is on the famous Ffestiniog Railway, a narrow gauge railway built to carry slate from the mines down to the sea at Porthmadog, today it is a renowned tourist attraction.
