The cabinets above the washer and dryer are not to be accessed during the stay. There are 3 parking spots on the driveway. This is the only parking at the property. There is a boat launch around the corner for additional parking. Guests will be responsible to follow all Indiana laws regarding boat and water safety, including, but not limited to, wearing lifejackets while on water flotation devices.
